author by Shallyn Goodhead on March 19, 2021

iGaming content provider and aggregator Pariplay aims to transport players to a magical land in its new Irish-themed slot Wild Fortunes. We caught up with Josué Agüero, Game Producer, to find out more…

BonusFinder: There are a lot of Irish-themed games around March time – for obvious reasons – what makes your title, Wild Fortunes, stand out?
Josué Agüero: We believe the name is really strong and honours the game mechanism. The most iconic elements associated with Irish folklore are the four-leaf clover and the pots of gold that legend has it can be found at the end of a rainbow. In our game, clovers unlock pots of gold, revealing more Free Spins and huge multipliers that will send Wild Fortunes to the player.

BonusFinder: What form does the Irish theme take visually, how is it communicated to the player?
Josué Agüero: We have Stacked Wild symbols in clover form, representing luck during the base game. If the player happens to find the pots of gold, they are invited to enter the leprechaun's house where they can unlock further pots, revealing more Free Spins with massive multipliers. Additionally, the game is accompanied by all the elements associated with the amazing Irish celebration: luck, health and wealth.

BonusFinder: Wild Fortunes offers players two progressive jackpots - how does this system work? What's the difference between the jackpots?
Josué Agüero: The jackpots have different initial reset amounts. The minor jackpot begins with $250 and the major jackpot with $1,000. The contribution is 0.3% of the total bet on every spin for both jackpots, so that the higher bets you spin, the more contribution you make to the jackpots. The player can hit one jackpot or two on the very same spin.

BonusFinder: Will we be seeing the Wild Fortunes feature in any other games? The free spin feature is always popular…
Josué Agüero: Definitely and in different forms too that will be even more interesting and entertaining for our players.
