Pros & Cons of the App
PointsBet Sportsbook has enjoyed success in Australia and worldwide with its innovative sports betting model, Pointsbetting. However, this model is not currently available in Ontario, so not having it available is a wee bit awkward.
However, on its own, its sportsbook does well versus the competition. PointsBet offers an excellent selection of team and individual sports, but their innovative “Name a Bet” feature has captured our attention.
As the name suggests, you can create your own betting markets by sending your ideas to PointsBet at least two hours before an event happens. It is a feature where PointsBet is clearly ahead of its toughest competitors in Ontario, such as LeoVegas and DraftKings Sportsbook Ontario.
How to Download
Downloading the PointsBet Ontario app is a straightforward process. Just follow the steps below:
- Go to the App Store (for iOS devices) or the Google Play Store (for Android).
- Enter “Pointsbet” in the search box and hit “submit”.
- Once you find PointsBet’s official app, tap “Get” (iOS) or “Install” (Android)
